Platform Overview
Platform Map
Section titled “Platform Map”MolTrace is an AI-native scientific intelligence platform for pharmaceutical and chemical R&D that connects raw analytical evidence to regulatory decisions and better experiments. A chemist uploads NMR or LC-MS data, SpectraCheck interprets the evidence with calibrated confidence scores and contradiction flags, Regulatory Hub turns reviewed evidence into ICH-aligned reports and audit trails, and Reaction Optimization uses those constraints to recommend better experimental conditions.
| Module | What it does | Primary user |
|---|---|---|
| SpectraCheck | Converts raw FID archives and LC-MS/MS evidence into reviewed spectral interpretations. | NMR and MS scientists |
| Regulatory Hub | Turns accepted evidence into ICH-aware thresholds, reports, sign-offs, and audit trails. | Regulatory and quality teams |
| Reaction Optimization | Recommends better experimental conditions under yield, selectivity, impurity, and compliance constraints. | Process chemists |
MolTrace is evidence-first AI: every answer should be traceable back to source files, model version, confidence score, contradiction checks, citations, and human review decisions.
Sequencing Logic
Section titled “Sequencing Logic”Who Uses MolTrace
Section titled “Who Uses MolTrace”| Role | What they need from the docs |
|---|---|
| Analytical scientist | How to upload FID files, inspect assignments, resolve contradictions, and approve evidence. |
| Regulatory scientist | How thresholds are calculated, where audit trails live, and what belongs in an export. |
| Process chemist | How the optimizer balances experimental objectives and constraints. |
| Backend or LIMS engineer | How to automate uploads, polling, reports, and audit-safe integration workflows. |
| Procurement or security reviewer | Where to find privacy, terms, security, compliance, and data-retention answers. |
Authoring Requirements
Section titled “Authoring Requirements”Every customer-facing task page must include the relevant screenshots before launch. For the overview page, capture the MolTrace dashboard homepage with the three core modules visible and the exact MolTrace wordmark in the header. If the screenshot does not make the product legible to a first-time PhD chemist, rewrite this page before adding more reference material.
